Reservation Policy
All reservations must be made through our online reservation system via our website. For bookings of more than 14 guests, please submit a call-back request through our phone number, and our team will contact you to discuss availability.
Credit Card Guarantee
All reservations require valid credit card details as a booking guarantee. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Charges will only apply in the event of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the booking time.
Cancellations & Changes
Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Late cancellations, changes, or failure to attend will result in an automatic charge.
Guest Numbers
Due to limited seating, we are unable to accommodate increases in guest numbers on the day. To avoid disappointment, please ensure your reservation is made for your final and accurate number of guests.
Dining Duration & Late Arrivals
All reservations for under 6 guests are allocated a 1.5-hour dining duration. Late arrival will result in a reduction of your dining time, particularly on weekends and busy service periods. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full reservation.
Prams & High Chairs
If you require space for a pram or a high chair, this must be noted at the time of booking so we can allocate an appropriate table. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate prams or provide high chairs without prior notice.
